Shipping is 100% free anywhere in the continental United States. No hidden fees or extra charges.
We’ve been selling furniture online since 2016 and are now one of the largest retailers in the industry. With multiple distribution centers and high shipping volumes, we pass our savings directly to you.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S.
- Free shipping to the continental U.S.
- Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
- International customers may arrange for a U.S.-based freight forwarder, and we’ll ship to them at no cost.
- Larger furniture items include free delivery & in-home assembly by trained specialists.
- Smaller items (e.g., lamps, accessories) are delivered via UPS or FedEx to your front door.
- Most items ship within 1–4 business days.
- Delivery time is typically 1–4 weeks, depending on your location and the item’s availability.
- We will provide you with a shipping estimate and send regular updates via email and phone.
Yes! All of our products are brand new, unused, and in original condition.
A temporary authorization may be placed on your card at checkout to confirm funds. You will be fully charged once your order is processed.
Sales tax is applied only in states where required by law. These currently include: AL, AZ, CA, CT, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MS, MN, NJ, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, NY, TN, UT, WA, WI.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. For large items shipped via freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
If an item is damaged during delivery:
- Inspect all items upon delivery.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Save the original packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours at info@alonfurniture.com or call us.
We'll arrange a free replacement, part repair, or professional service—whichever is fastest and most appropriate. If damage is not reported within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee resolution.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and unassembled in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges apply.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Assembled furniture
- Custom fabric or color selections
- Mattresses, bedding, linens, or power packs
Please contact us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no fees.
- If the order has already shipped or is in transit, cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to a 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs.
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email with the subject line "Cancellation" and must be confirmed by Alon Furniture to be valid.
Refusing a shipment will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel or return your item, please contact us first for proper instructions.
Yes! Most of our furniture comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a defect, we’ll assist with the warranty process or offer a replacement/repair depending on the issue.
Yes, for larger items, we offer free in-home assembly as part of your order. Smaller items do not require assembly or will come with instructions.
Missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees. Please notify us in advance if you need to change your delivery window.
