How to Submit a Warranty Claim

When you contact us regarding a warranty inquiry, our team will begin processing your claim the moment we receive the required documentation. To initiate a seamless warranty claim, please provide the following:

1. A Completed Warranty Claim Form

This form is included in the Warranty Ticket email sent to you when you open your claim with our team.

2. Clear Photos of the Item and the Issue

  • A high-resolution photo of the product label showing the serial number.
  • Close-up images clearly showing the defect or issue.
  • Wide-angle images showing the entire piece of furniture and the affected area in its environment.

Manufacturer Decisions & Next Steps

Once we submit your claim to the manufacturer, they will rigorously assess whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect under their limited warranty. If your claim is approved, one of the following premium resolutions will apply:

Replacement Parts

Once the necessary replacement components are available, we will arrange for them to be shipped directly to you.

Repair Reimbursement

The manufacturer may allocate an amount toward a professional repair. Once you provide a receipt from a certified repair artisan or company, we will promptly reimburse the approved amount.

  • Important: Any repair costs must be pre-approved in writing by Alon Furniture. Unapproved costs or do-it-yourself repairs will not be reimbursed, regardless of the repair outcome.

Replacement Product

In the event a repair is not possible, a full replacement of the affected piece will be coordinated, complete with our standard delivery care.
